Our Story 

Allyssa Raneo, owner and operator of Crafting Canines, has been working in the dog grooming industry for almost a decade. Allyssa’s calm and kind demeanor make her a fast friend with all her client’s. A native Cape Codder, Allyssa got her start in the industry working at Ungerdogs Grooming Salon located in the heart of Cape Cod.
After learning the basics of bathing, blow drying, nail trims and more Allyssa took her skills to the west coast. Allyssa spent several years gaining experience in San Diego, CA where she got her certification in dog grooming & perfected her training. Allyssa eventually returned to the Cape after her years of training and continued building her portfolio of clients both big and small.
​When Allyssa returned to the east coast, she recognized the need for one-on-one customized grooming on Cape Cod. Combining her deep love of dogs and years of experience, Crafting Canine’s was created! ​
